The structure of SLTN RP fiber optic cable 250um fiber is positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filed with waterproof compound.The center of the cable core is a metaic Fiber Reinforced plasticlFRP), for some cores fiber cable, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metalic central strength member. The tubes (and filers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circulai core. And then the water-blocking tape is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight.A layer of glass yarn is applied as additional strength member and the cable is completed with a polyethylene(PE)outer sheath.
